• Contract Period: Through March 31, 2006
• Approved Product: Glove, F/X, Leader, @Work, TR2, Swirl, Achieve, Freelance, OnCall
• Prompt Payment Terms: 1% 10 days, net 30 days
• Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
• Freight Program: Destination
• Lead Times: 2, 5, or 10 business days depending on fabric ARO
• Warranty: Lifetime on Glove, Leader, @Work, TR2, F/X, Freelance, Achieve, and OnCall. 5 years on Swirl.
• Warranty: Fabric and foam, 5 year on all collections.

Purchase orders: Dealer Direct

• Discount to state is 58% off of current list price
• State purchase orders may be written directly to the dealer of record and then entered to SitOnIt by servicing dealer. (Please refer to dealer list for those dealers that are approved for direct billing)
• A copy of the purchase order from the state agency must accompany orders received from SitOnIt
• Delivery and installation is to be negotiated by the dealer
• Payment terms: 1% ten days, net 30
• Falure to follow these guidelines may result in forfeiture of direct billing status

Purchase orders: State Direct

• Discount to state is 58% off of current list price
• Direct purchase orders from the state to SitOnIt are permitted as required by the agency or dealer of record. Delivery and installation is to be negotiated by the dealer
• Each order must include the State of Florida contract number: 425-001-01-1 effective Appril 20th, 2001 through March 31st, 2006
• Complete address and contact information of the authorized dealer is required on each purchase order along with ship to information
• SitOnIt accepts State of Florida Purchaseing Card-Visa
• Payment terms: net 30
