COM Made Easy
Welcome to the easiest COM process you’ll ever experience.
STEP 1 CHECK IT
Great news: your textile could already be Graded-In or pre-approved for COM.
STEP 2 SEND IT
If your textile is not Graded-In or pre-approved, send us a textile sample and a Textile Test Request Form so we can test it.
STEP 2.5 CHECK IT (AGAIN)
Once we receive the textile sample and Textile Test Request Form, give us three to five business days to test your textile. After it's approved, it will automatically show up in our Textile Compatibility.
STEP 3 ORDER IT
Once you see your COM textile in our Textile Compatibility, proceed with your order as usual. Don't forget to attach the required Upholstery Direction Form to your order email.
